Good value for a first purchase

As a first-time buyer on here, I was looking for a decent deal. I signed up and got the trade buyer sign up offer which saved me a bit on membership. Bought an ex-leasing stock hatchback car. The price seemed fair for its condition, and the process made it feel like I was getting good value. Delivery to Manchester took 4 days, which was reasonable. I'd definitely consider them again for future inventory.

Good for fleet vehicles, logistics could improve

I purchased an ex-fleet vehicle through 1link and the bidding process was straightforward. The vehicle inspection report was detailed and accurate for the used car I got. However, vehicle logistics services took a bit longer than expected to arrange, which was a minor inconvenience. Overall, a solid platform for trade buyers looking for consistent stock, but not perfect.

Reliable for bulk sourcing

I've used 1link Disposal Network for bulk vehicle sourcing several times now, and they've been consistently reliable. This time I picked up two light commercial vehicles and the experience was as smooth as previous orders. The auction fee reduction I get as a volume buyer really helps the bottom line. Their inventory, especially for vans, is usually pretty good. The vehicle valuation tools are also quite useful for checking market prices. I keep coming back because I know what to expect and they generally deliver with minimal fuss.

hey, was thinking about signing up for 1link but not sure if there are any deals for new trade buyers. do they do like a first-time discount or anything?

S Shane 4 months ago
From what I remember when I joined, they usually have an introductory fee waiver for new sign-ups. Not like a percentage off, but the initial fee might be free.

Yeah, not really coupon codes. It's more about the membership tiers and if you're a high-volume buyer you get better rates. Ask about the sign-up offers, they sometimes have something for new accounts.

Anyone know if the vehicle inspection reports on 1link are legit? or should I still go see the car myself if I'm serious about bidding?

They're pretty thorough actually. I've bought quite a few vans just based on their reports and haven't had any nasty surprises. Saves a ton of time not driving around.

The reports are good for a general idea, but personally, for higher value stuff, I'd still try to view it if possible. Even good reports can miss small things that matter to you. But if you can't view in person, they're definitely better than nothing and usually accurate.
